Step up your Valentine’s game with Harvest’s special four-course dinner menu, being provided on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings for celebratory diners!
For $75 per person, our Harvest guests will enjoy a four-course meal with a champagne toast, with a delicious lineup that our chefs lovingly prepared.
The menu includes a starter of potato leek vichyssoise, followed by a palate cleanser of honeydew tarragon sorbet, and diners’ choice of entrees: sea bass with spinach whipped potato puree with fumet and grit chips; an 8 oz. oscar-style wagyu sirloin atop celery root puree; or a handmade beet ravioli with fresh lobster in a lobster bisque. Topping off the dinner is a rice pudding with griotte cherries, marcona almonds and micro greens.

MORE ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
With influences that build on Southern basics but swayed by culinary traditions spanning kitchens across the world, Harvest at Homestead dishes are bold in both flavor and technique. The seasonal menus promote our chefs’ individualism and ability to turn a nostalgic dish into a modern rendition–creating rich, layered plates brought to life through fresh produce that our on-site organic gardens, and neighboring farms, yield.
The Harvest culinary team pulls from Tennessee culture–and from our inherited legacy of culinary generosity–to bring friends & family together over expertly executed dishes. This is the Marshalls’ take on a farm-to-fork restaurant that curates fine food from ingredients plucked straight from our backyard plots.
