The impressive dishes that make up the Harvest menu are inspired by the on-site 10-acre farm, and local farmers and craft artisans. The 75-plus types of vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruits at Homestead are organically grown on our farm and brought directly into our kitchen. Educational opportunities are available for those interested in starting with free basic tours and ranging up to field trip days that incorporate a boxed lunch.
The Chef’s Table Experience is an intimate dining occasion combining exceptional culinary tastings with an exclusive VIP experience, unique to Harvest at Homestead. Prepared and served by our executive chef or chef du jour, this menu is individually crafted to provide a personalized encounter for each of our guests, while also offering exclusive insight into the ingredients that make each dish unique. Since we believe the best things in life are shared around a table with loved ones, our chef’s table is able to accommodate up to six guests.
