The impressive dishes that make up the Harvest menu are inspired by the on-site 10-acre farm, and local farmers and craft artisans. The 75-plus types of vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruits at Homestead are organically grown on our farm and brought directly into our kitchen. Educational opportunities are available for those interested starting with free basic tours and ranging up to field trip days that incorporate a boxed lunch.
The Back 40 (as we call it) is a magical place on our 50-acre property. It’s a hub of growth, vegetation, and separation from the busy life as we all know it today buzzing down 31S. Our main goal on the farm is to work with local farmers as partners and combine their yields and the Homestead Manor ever-changing seasonal produce to educate the community and surprise diners who choose to make memories with us.
