The Chef’s Table Experience is a private dining occasion that combines exceptional culinary tastings with an exclusive VIP experience, unique to Harvest at Homestead. Prepared and served by our executive chef or chef du jour, the menu is individually crafted to provide a personalized encounter for each of our guests, while also offering exclusive insight into the ingredients that make each dish unique. Since we believe the best things in life are shared around a table with loved ones, our chef’s table is able to accommodate up to six guests.
We tailor the experience by offering three dining options to fit every preference, from small to sweeping. Choose from a 5, 7 or 9 course meal, with specific drink pairings for each course. Prior to the special evening, our chef will call participants personally and discuss dietary restrictions and beverage preferences to ensure that the experience is enjoyable for all. Meals will incorporate fresh produce from Homestead Manor’s own farm, and guests will have the opportunity to speak directly with our chefs and bartenders who created the menu, learn the nuances of flavors they should expect to experience, and understand why a particular beverage pairing was chosen for each course.
Options start at $100 a person with our lighter 5 course meal, The Captain. For $175 a person, our 7 course option, The Colonel, offers a special cocktail right as you arrive. And lastly, The General is the whole package with its 9 courses and the option to arrive in style via limo pick-up service at $250 a person.
