Giving back is an important part of what we do here at Homestead Manor, and in that effort, we are thrilled to launch our Craftmasters Dinner Series, both to benefit a local charity and to showcase the talents of local vendors that we believe in. The dinners will pair our dynamic Chef team with a series of local distilleries, breweries, and vineyards to create a menu from the Craftmaster’s products, and each evening’s bar will highlight their line as well.
The 2016 recipient of this inaugural Craftmasters Dinner Series is the Williamson County chapter of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children, and Homestead Manor is proud to partner with Yazoo Brewery for this first evening in our four-part Series. Tickets include a four-course Chef’s menu, inspired by and created with Yazoo’s dynamic brew line, as well as complimentary drink tickets, a photo booth and writers-in-the-round live concert provided by Scott Reeves, Keith Anderson, and Mark Narmore. All proceeds from the March 31st evening will fund the Advocacy program.
Future dinners in 2016 will fund additional initiatives for the organization, so stay tuned for those dates to come!
About CASA: Thousands of children are abused or neglected every day in the United States. They are the victims of people who are unable or refuse to accept the responsibilities of raising a child. And through no fault of their own, these children are cast into a complex, chaotic and uncertain environment of courtrooms and foster care. They are alone and often times they are scared. Williamson County CASA helps children in this situation every day. Speaking on their behalf in courtrooms, identifying safe homes for them to live in and listening to their stories.
